Welcome to Nash Dash and Bash

Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center is marking its 60th anniversary on Saturday, October 9, 2010, with the first annual Bert Nash Dash & Bash!

Recognizing that being healthy and active contributes to good mental health, the Nash Dash, which has been a great community race since 2002, is stepping things up a notch with certified 5K & 10K races that will start and finish in historic downtown Lawrence. And it will be even more exciting because the races will start in the afternoon – allowing friends, family, and the entire community to come show their support!

Our first-ever Nash Bash will be a community celebration for all ages. Live music, street entertainment and children’s activities in the 600 block of Massachusetts will begin at 3 p.m. and last throughout the evening. Food and beverages will be provided by Lawrence establishments. The event is free and open to the public. Proceeds from the vendors will benefit the Bert Nash Endowment.

Bring the entire family and join the fun!
